Technology Access Forms

Sewa User ID Request

For new staff, volunteers, or chapter leads who need a Sewa account to access Zoho tools. Have your chapter name and role ready before submitting.

Zoho Expense Reimbursement 

Submit a reimbursement request for approved Sewa-related expenses. No existing Sewa User ID required; open to all volunteers and staff.

Zoho CRM Access

For chapter presidents and designated data managers who need access to donor and constituent records. Requires approval from your chapter lead.

Zoho Campaigns Access

For communications leads managing email campaigns on behalf of their chapter. Existing Sewa User ID required
